Lusail Marina

Qatar built a second downtown north of the city, and this is its waterfront. Towers rise around the marina, the promenade fills after sunset, and the tram links it all. Buildings are new, views are wide, and the address keeps gaining ground. Our own office is here, in Burj Marina.
The Pearl
اللؤلؤة
An island built for living well. Canals and marinas, beaches you can walk to, cafés under the arcades, and neighbours from everywhere. Qanat Quartier does colour and quiet, Porto Arabia does towers and yachts. It feels like a holiday that forgot to end.
West Bay
الخليج الغربي
The skyline on the postcards. Ministries, headquarters, and hotels stand in one cluster beside the Corniche, and the apartments in between put you five minutes from work and one street from the sea. Established, central, and always in demand.
Fox Hills
فوكس هيلز
Lusail with the volume turned down. Mid-rise buildings, wider apartments, parks between the blocks, and rents that leave room in the budget. Ten minutes from the marina, a world away from its pace. The value pick of the new city.
Msheireb & Old Doha
مشيرب والدوحة القديمة
The heart of the city, rebuilt with care. Msheireb Downtown put museums, trams, and shaded streets where old Doha stood, with Souq Waqif and the Corniche a short walk away. It is the rare address here with real street life, and it knows it.
