Qatar’s real estate price index climbed to a record 244.56 points in May 2026, an increase of 8.7 percent compared with a year earlier, supported by strong transaction activity across the country.
The record follows a strong 2025, in which total real estate sales reached QAR 26 billion. Demand continues to concentrate in Lusail’s waterfront districts, The Pearl, and West Bay Lagoon, the freehold zones open to foreign buyers.
